Fleur de Sel: Nature’s Masterpiece

Seawater is carefully channeled into vast salt marshes, where the sun’s warmth gradually transforms it into a shimmering brine.

As the water continues to evaporate, a delicate layer of salt crystals forms on the surface of the salt pans.

Skilled salt workers, known as Paludiers, meticulously hand-harvest these crystals before they sink, creating the prized Fleur de Sel.

Great for water!

Great salt. Flaky, dissolves in water fast, not too coarse in size. I drink it in my water once a day. Fairly priced from what I could find — would purchase more when I'm out. Way healthier than Redmond's or Himalayan salt.

Wow. Wow. Wow. GREAT taste.

Shoutout to all my organic freaks. People don't understand why we would buy products like this. This tastes like what nature had in mind for salt. Amazing taste. I mostly use it in my water — I've tried other brands and this is the top, my new go-to salt. Worth it, buy it! Crystals are kind of big but dissolve well and will last a good while. The jar is also great quality.

Packaging is awesome — no plastic, beautiful glass, and packaged to protect from breakage. Wide-mouth jar for digging in or pouring into your hand. A healthy choice for minerals, especially if you make reverse osmosis water. Quality Celtic salt from France, gathered by hand as has been done for centuries.

Pure, essential, healthy!

The best salt I've ever used! I'm definitely hooked — it cooks so easily and dissolves so quickly. The quality is different: it holds a slight bit of moisture, so it doesn't pour straight from the jar, best use a spoon. A little goes a long way, so it actually works out great value against cheaper salts. Pure salt is what we need — I've learned too much about how cheap store brands are processed to ever go back.

Delightful & delicious natural sea salt from France!

A wonderful, delicious, mineral rich product! Beautifully packaged — I reordered to give it as a gift! I use it for seasoning soups, stews and sauces, and as a small sprinkle to finish plated vegetables. Just note it's coarse granules and not recommended for grinders.
